Please refer to the unpacking guide before using any of our furniture or items purchased on our website, it is of utmost importance as it may damage or break the fabric. We guarantee this product against any manufacturing defect from the date of delivery: Our furniture manufactured directly by KUKUL METAL DESIGN will have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, thus guaranteeing the correct functioning and quality of the furniture. THIS WARRANTY COVERS THE PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM KUKUL METAL DESIGN. CLAUSES: During the validity of the Warranty Policy, KUKUL METAL DESIGN undertakes to repair the product, physically change it or change the model, in accordance with the CONDITIONS that will be stipulated below. Labor and transportation costs arising from non-compliance with this policy will be covered by KUKUL METAL DESIGN. The repair time will be defined from the date of receipt of the furniture at our factory. CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT REPAIR. THIS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY IN THE UNITED MEXICAN STATES, CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER AT THE FACTORY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE NOM AND THE FEDERAL CONSUMER LAW.
